Hello, welcome to The Arcanery, and I am Azryu- a level 80 mage of Bonechewer (US). I formerly wrote under the name Theawàkening over on my old (now non-existant) blog A Mage’s Guide to Life.

My IRL armory page reads that I am a level 18, male human college student, leveling his professions in both English and Teaching. Sadly, being only but a freshmen, I am just an apprentice at both still. This said, just so we are on the same page, me being an english major in-the-works does not necessarily mean I have the best of spelling. I apologize as my posts may occasionally offend a person with a weak grammatical stomach.

The Arcanery

The Arcanery is a place of mystique, with new discoveries and wonders being unveiled with every passing moment, and where questions are answered with questions and where mage nerfs don’t exist! It is a place where the limitations of any one place become unclear, and as time progresses it makes a definition for itself! And yet- it is never defined. Never held back so it can fulfill some Webster’s “say-so” of what it should be. It is never still, never the same. It is The Arcanery, and it is all that ever has, and all that will ever be.

Or…

It’s my mage blog- discussing PvE and PvP alike. But it not only concerns mages! It also concerned gaming in general, various other titles, and at times philosophy.

I personally like the first description better.
